Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.​

What information do we collect in the studio?

Before beginning your tattoo session, you will be required to fill out a digital consent form which includes information submitted by you including your name, address, contact details, a medical questionnaire, a photograph of a valid ID and a digital signature. We will also add information about the procedure including pigments used and any issues reported with the procedure.

 

How do you collect information?

A digital consent form is used to collect this information which you must fill out before we begin the tattooing procedure. We collect the above mentioned information for the following purposes:

  • Name

Identifying the person have the procedure, including any preferred names and pronouns (if applicable)

  • Address and contact details
    Should we need to contact you in regards to your appointment or with any queries post-appointment

  • Medical questionnaire
    In line with the Special Procedures Licensing Scheme in Wales 2024, we are required to ask for your medical condition at the time of the appointment to advise whether the procedure will have any affect on your health

  • Photograph of valid ID
    To confirm that you are 18 years of age

  • Digital signature
    To confirm your consent to the tattoo being carried out on the day

  • Pigments used
    Can be referred back to in event of a touch-up required for the tattoo

Your personal data will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Your information is stored on a secure server and is not shared with any third-party. We hold this data for 3 years in line with the Special Procedures Licensing Scheme in Wales 2024.
